Samsung Promotions - Not honoring the agreement and poor service
Samsung has yet to honor their S21 FE promotion on providing the tablet with the purchase of the S21 FE (redeeming the promotion was acknowledged by Samsung in an e-mail 24 February). The delay can be forgiven but the support and transparency with regards to the delay is poor. Contacting Samsung Live Chat support refers you to the Samsung Promotions Team. Calling them with the provided (non-toll free) number for 10 minutes does not get you to a consultant. All emails are ignored as well. Very poor service. My decision to purchase the phone was based on this promotion. Honour your agreement Samsung.
