Samsung Promotions - Left hanging

The following pertains to Samsung Promotions Team.

Please take note that i have been mailing regarding a claim which i am still awaiting a response on my order.

I was informed it will take 7 - 14 working days (Order placed via Samsung Members on 22/10/2024)

I commuicated with them and the last response on the 24/10/2024 was sufficient informing me of the colour and units i will recieve.

I sent a mail on Friday 8 November requesting an update. Today marks 21 days since the order was placed (15 business days).

Now i am not getting a response to my mails nor have I recieved any indication of a shipping or stock or delay.

Please respond to this if you guys don't want to read my emails.

Update: Got 2 phonecalls afterwards and apologised for the dealy.

Delivery happened on Monday 19/11.

Thank you Samsung. I understood they where flooded with orders and wish they communicated this before i had to resort to Hellopeter.

Happy Client once again.
