SAMSUNG PROMOTIONS IS A ***** THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PROMOTIONS

So I lodged a dispute because of their Buy and win promotion. I spent R 23 000. With them and got "Vouchers" I could spend at Dischem. R 6000 In total.

Here comes the catch. They give them in R250 increments. You have to claim monthly, but they wont notify you when they can be claimed. You log on and it gives you a OTP you must log in with. Only gives you 60 seconds to get in. Then it resets again.

When you eventually get in. It gives you a reverance to redeem. But if you already claimed that one, you look like an idiot at Dischem who tries to claim vouchers twice. Pretty embarrassing.

Then you log the call. They tell you its your fault you did not claim it in time, and you should have known when to claim them.

If you are not happy with the response, take us to court. That oozes a company with no integrity. I will no longer suport Samsung as they dont stand by their word.
