Samsung promotions feel like Empty promises
I bought Samsung A55 which was on promotion that comes with Earbuds and Smart watch in October 2024, i was told that I will receive the gifts in 7-14 working days after the claim is approved
I am still waiting now in February 2025 I tried calling the number given i had to hold for an hour with no response
It feels like it is ****.
Samsung south Africa what can you say about this?
