Samsung Promotions False
I received a email from Samsung on the 16th of Nov with a promotion to receive a free set of earbuds and powerbank. I bought 2 Samsung S20 FE phones on the 18th of Nov tried to use the unique code without luck. It says the IMEI nr is invalid. On contacting Samsung on numerous occasions for the last 2 weeks still not sorted out. They keep saying I bought my phones outside the promotion period. On the emails terms and conditions it clearly states it running from the 3rd of Nov until the 20th of Nov and can be redeemed until the 7th of December 2020. This is false advertising to get people to buy things and then you do not get what is promised.

As this matter was concluded on 24/12/2021 till now i have not received my free gifts for any of the phones. I have been sending numerous emails, trying to lodge a official complaint without any success. No supervisor can be reached to resolve this matter. I have spend more on phone calls than the gifts are worth. Can this matter kindly be addressed urgently without telling me that it has been escalated
