Samsung promotions

I shouldn't be giving this review even a 1 star but there's no other choice, I have purchased a washing machine due to the tier rewards they having if they were not having this rewards I would not have purchased this. They tell you that you will get an amount for the rewards in a voucher on the pamphlet however no where does it state that if you select the dischem option it will be paid quarterly( a sales consultant mentioned the reason why uber eats and dischem will be done quarterly as they are selected the most by customers whereas protea hotels and flights sa fair they give the full amount ) as a customer this is not my problem. This is totally **** adverti*****t as it does not mention any quarterly on the promotion pamphlet. Another thing is that the sales consultant mention that we should have contacted Samsung promotions before purchasing the appliance. The salesmen and Samsung representative did not disclose and inform us on the quarterly promotion at Makro. This is totally unacceptable and I'm am very un happy.

Guys please beware of this samsung promotions.
