Samsung Promotions bringing brand into disrepute
I have been a avid fan of the Samsung phones for a number of years. The design and innovation is top notch. What is not top notch is the promotions department. When launching new products a promotion with rewards is offered. My last 3 phones have come with great offers, and every time it has gotten harder and harder to redeem them. My current S23 promotion is now going on 3 months with not a single person returning calls or mails to allow me to redeem the offer.
No one will give me contact details that work, I've even tried calling ISON who manages the promotions to no avail.
