Samsung Promotions
Purchased a Samsung S24 FE on contract which came with a R2000 voucher.
I've spent a week trying to claim the voucher. The Samsung promotions number rings endlessly with no answer while the email address bounces. There is basically no way to get hold of the team and I guess they are waiting for the vouchers to expire.
Really disappointed with this from such a company.
