SAMSUNG PROMOTIONS ARE ****S

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 ULTRA in February 2021 through VODACOM. They had a promotion which was called the the handraiser promotion which gave the following: 1 x Galaxy Buds Live, 1 x Galaxy Smart Tag, optional Samsung Care+ at R499 once off and 1 x Samsung Charger, I had a problem registering when I tried to claim it, the claim was unsuccessful. I then went and and tried claiming the Samsung Online store voucher claim and that too was rejected with no reason? I sent an email in April to verify @ *** and Lesley @ Samsung E-Store Team@ *** with all the relevant documentation that they needed including pictures of the phone and box. I had to eventually buy the SAMSUNG CARE Package for much more, To date I have not received any feedback regarding the promotional items. I have called several. I have never seen such an immoral obligation to their customers as their Promotions are just ****s and a marketing ploy to catch people to but their goods. times and get the same old story but no one wilI actually be honest. I now have a phone and have no Accessories which was eligible when purchasing the phone. SAMSUNG'S Customer Care AND Service and is just appalling, ACTUALLY ITS NON EXISTENT. CUSTOMER AS THEY ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SALE. and this is very disappointing to think that Samsung is my Brand of choice and they could not live up to my expectations.
