Samsung Promotions are a ****!

I recently bought a brand new samsung phone on contract. Imagine my surprise when I found a flyer inside, that said I could claim a samsung tablet! oops! I threw away my weighbill with my imei and serial numbers, only two days left for me to claim! After a huge struggle, I got a copy from the courier. Now, I have to scan the document, and send it via email. I do this, but outlook starts giving me a delivery error?? why?? the email address from the flyer, does not accept any messages. OK, so I phone them, 010 ..... and so on and so on...... 3 months later, NO JOY, NO Tablet, AND I just came across a email, from samsung, where I have won something, but when I click the claim button, The form doesnt accept responses anymore!!!
