Samsung promotions are a lie
I purchased a Samsung Note 20 in December and part of the special was to receive a free 32inch tv. I lodged the claim in December with all the relevant details and then phoned Samsung twice. Both times consultants confirmed they had captured the details. Only to later find out there is no response or e-mail confirmation.
Please can you urgently advise the progress. This makes me reconsider ever purchasing another Samsung device.
