Samsung Promotions

It seems that Samsung Promotions has a poor reputation when it comes to delivering on promised promotional items. This is a matter of principle—companies should not advertise promotional offers if they cannot fulfill them or effectively communicate with customers. I recently upgraded my phone through a cellular provider, and as part of the contract, I was promised free earbuds and a Fit 3 watch. Seven days have passed since I received notification that my promotional claim was successful. Since then, the process has been frustrating. The WhatsApp prompts direct me to SkyNet (the courier partner), but they are unable to retrieve the order reference. Like many other customers, I am extremely frustrated that neither the provided contact numbers are answered, nor do I receive responses to emails. There has been no clear communication from Samsung Promotions. Once again, this is about principle—if you’re going to advertise a promotion, you should follow through on it.
