Samsung Promotions
I upgraded at Telkom to a Samsung A35 with free gifts Fitbit 3 and earbuds. The claim was registered on the 25 November. I have tried calling the Samsung promotion number multiple time but you hang on for 20 mins no answer. Its 2 days before the 7-14 days expire and still have no answer nor any communication regarding this You call the customer care all they say "Sorry sir" and that's it what pathetic services this is.
