Samsung Promotional ****/*****
I took an contract upgrade with Vodacom for the Samsung S21 Ultra, with promotional earbuds and tag. I completed the order for the promotional items via the Samsung shop and received reference 6317**********EUV on the 17th of February.
I am currently still waiting for the items and communication with Samsung Estore ***, ***, Customer service, ***4 and Facebook chat remains uncommitted in resolving the issue of delivery.
