SAMSUNG PROMOTIONAL GIFT ****!!!!
Samsung promotional offer is a **** to make money with people buying their new phone!
I Upgraded the 5th of feb, claimed immediately and got the reference number. When I phoned on the 10th business day for delivery to find out when delivery will take place(17th of feb) they said my proof of purchase was invalid (I ask you, how? It had the IMEI number on and everything they use for validation), but then i resubmitted immediately via the email they provided me with and only the 5th of March I got an email back saying it has been revalidated and should expect delivery between 7 to 14 working days.
Today is day 14 and guess what? NOTHING! They have "escalated" to dispatch twice already and will let me know. Obviously the first time they never let me know so hopefully they will today but I doubt it!
A customer service agent also phoned me to rate their service and explained to the lady the situation. Obviously they dont care!
Why stay with Samsung if they cannot even honour promotions on their end
