SAMSUNG promotional **** promises

I purchased a S21 FE 5G on promotion and was supposed to recieve a Tab with the device. I was informed that i had to claim this device. I followed all the steps to claim the device but alas i received a message to say the attached documents were not there. I tried for days to get hold of this so called department with no luck. I called Samsung and they provided me with numbers which did not exist or were the wrong department. i finally got hold of the correct department explained my story and was told i would receive a mail to which i must attached my copies and they would sort out the issue. Until today after sending numerous mails still no TAB. Why have a promotion if you are unwilling to live up to your promise.
