Samsung promotion Vs ****
I recently purchased a tv on their online promotion, I chose a a delivery date of a week. Samsung missed the date with no notification to me. In fact up to now I have to call them for updates. I am leaving for a holiday soon and still.no TV. Seems like a huge ****.

19 Nov 2025, 06:47So once again, Samsung has impressed me with their lack of communication and inability to sort things out. Its been about 9 days since it was first escalated and prior to me adding a review on hellopeter, and nothing has been done about the tv. Every agent comes back and says they will keep me updated, but nothing....
Im expecting that someone may respond to say it will be escalated and then they will keep updated, but after 2 days they will get lost again.
Its shocking that if they have such a lack of tv's that they continue running it on promotion online, instead of having an out of stock sign.
People don't fall for it, the online promotion is nothing but false advertising as i may never get that tv, and yet they still have my money
