Samsung Promotion - Successful Claim but No Delivery Update or Response

I recently purchased a TV through Vodacom, which included a Samsung TV promotion voucher. I successfully completed my TV claim.

However, despite my claim being validated, I have not received any updates regarding the delivery status of my promotional TV. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails to the Samsung Promotions team with no response.

I also attempted to reach support by calling the listed contact number but the phone rings continuously with no answer. It’s extremely disappointing that it has become impossible to get assistance or even a basic update on my delivery.

At this point, it seems that posting here is the only way to get any attention to this matter, which is unacceptable from a brand as large and reputable as Samsung.

**Requested Resolution:** I urgently need Samsung Promotions to respond to my emails, provide an update on my delivery status, and ensure the TV from my successful promotion claim is delivered as promised.
