Samsung promotion ****

Whilst purchasing a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g I qualified for Samsung promotional gifts being R1000 discount on their estore and also a free 32 inch television. I followed their instructions in applying for the promotion (ie. Sending proof of payment etc), but heard nothing back. After more than a month later I was informed that my application was denied. I have sent numerous emails and made calls in order to adres any issues with no success. I resent documents to them and folllwed them up over and over. After 4 months of attempting to resolve this I have realised exactly what was happening... In my experience the promotion is a **** and they basically entice buyers to proceed with procurement of exceptionally expensive phones and promise free gifts. All the promises are lies and they do not deliver. Their customer service is non existent and they never return calls or reply to emails. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Samsung.
