Samsung promotion - items not delivered as promised, no answer to the number ***Samsung has provided
I have done a Vodacom upgrade at the end of November (Black Friday) deal selecting the Samsung A35 handset so that I could get the air buds and watch as a free bee. On Dec 5th, the Vodacom store in Kensington Square registered my claim for the air buds and watch. I was told to wait 7-14 days, and that Samsung will deliver it directly to me. This is now December 20th (16days later) and no delivery, no answer to the telephone number Samsung has provided. Whenever I try to track the order with the reference provided, it says that it is not found. Is Samsung allowed to get away with this?
