I successfully Claimed Samsung fit and Galaxy buds. Samsung promotions they are taking me pillar to post in terms of making a delivery. Firstly the delivery company said my address is bad. They then asked me to provide with a new delivery address. Since last week Tuesday they have never made delivery. I am struggling to contact them telephonically as they keep on ignoring my emails.
They are extremely unprofessional when coming dealing with my issue. I feel like I am being ****med. Why did they have to take me through all the process of making a claim and sending me a confirmation that my claim was successful if they know they can't deliver? It's been a full month waiting for the delivery which they say it will only take a maximum of 14 days. I am so disappointed by Samsung promotions 😪
