Samsung promotion.

Hi. I bought a Samsung contract phone in November on promotion from Vodacom. The only reason I was convinced to buy the handset is that I was told it comes with a free fitbit watch and buds. I then went to Samsung store in Menlyn to redeem my voucher and the staff refused to assist me and told me that I must go back to Vodacom. Then I loaded the voucher by myself because the promotion was ending the following day. Weeks later when I followed up on the progress of the delivery of my staff, I was told that I have received a R2000 rands voucher. I can only get discounts from certain stores if I purchase certain products. I'm very disappointed with the service I got from them. Even the lady who told me about the vouchers, said I should contact Vodacom.
