Samsung promotion A35 free watch plus airbuds.
Been trying to claim my promotional watch and air pods for the last week with no success. They can't validate the claim after I attached all required documentation.
I phoned head office they place you on hold I phoned the promotion side it takes for ever to be helped.
Once you get hold off someone they say they received the paper work but after this nothing happens. Please do not offer a promotion if you can not deliver on it.
Please be in contact with me soon or cancel my deal!! Then you can send courier to collect the phone. Regards Adrian
