Samsung Promotion

I bought a Samsung 70 inch Tv on a Samsung promotion that offered an additional Samsung Monitor as part of the promotion. The received an email from Samsung stating that my Promotional monitor would be levied in 7 to 14 working days. I have phoned and sent countless emails. No response, until yesterday after waiting 40 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I am told they tried delivering and phoning but no response. A complete fabrication and I must now wait an dditional 5 working days. Extremely poor customer service
