Samsung promotion - 18 months of dissatisfaction and frustration

I have tried ALL other options to resolve an 18 month old query and case, with no luck. I am extremely frustrated as I have made at least a hundred phone call over the last 18 months, and cannot find any way to finalise this matter.

I had to select a cell phone contract, and selected one with the promotion/benefit of a Samsung 32inch TV that was supposed to be delivered soon after. It was an expensive contract which I only selected because of the good and promising promotion. It is 18 months later now, and a lot of airtime and frustration later, and I have still not received the TV. Promises have been made at first, but lately I do not get any further information or advice, and no hope of this being resolved.

This is not okay and should not be acceptable.
