Samsung promo is all lies

After numerous emails sent Samsung head office regarding my Gear fit watch I was suppose to get with my Note 10 last year September , I was called by a consultant by the name of Yasheen 20 September 2019 12:04 asking me if i have received my Gear fit I told him not as yet he asked me to send him my proof of purchase so he can have my package delivered also sent a follow up email requesting the proof of payment which i sent later that day , later followed up for delivery no reply then I called in January spoke to customer care they ask me to send the details and asked for a CIT reference number which i told i was suppose to get after i was validated which Yasheen didnt tell me about or asked me about it .NOW I'm being told that I didnt claim for the Gear fit mind you i received the cover that came with the promo and I didnt call Yasheen he called me .. I feel like Samsung is trying by all means not to give the gear fit to me , Im now deal with Daniel Mnyandu and Kirsten Olifant useless of them all . I want my Gear fit Yasheen needs to take responsibility and they need to go back to the call recording of that day . Samsung is failing me at this moment
