Actually no stars. I upgraded to a Samsung Note 20 in September 2020 as I was persuaded by staff to take the promotional offer, which included the 32" TV. 5months later and countless phonecalls, emails, messenger messages and even Hellopeter and still nothing besides the standard "We apologize for the inconvenience... escalating your concern... blah-blah-blah **** they keep spinning. We will be moving all our contracts (business and personal) in the next month if not sorted.
