SAMSUNG PROMO BAIT MARKETING 2x Galaxy Fit 3 watches and 2x Galaxy Buds earbuds sets—which I have not received despite nearly three months

As with thousands of other customers, I am reaching out regarding the promotional items I was promised—2x Galaxy Fit 3 watches and 2x Galaxy Buds earbuds sets—which I have not received despite nearly three months having passed. I have been in constant contact with Samsung and the Telkom store where I bought x 2 Galaxy A35 CELLPHONES. The items are listed in order to bait you into taking out 36 month contracts! No smar****ches and no galaxy buds received after months! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my order, as stock availability should not be an issue given that these products are readily available at various retailers, including Telkom, Vodacom, and Takealot. The delay is becoming increasingly concerning, and this promotion is starting to appear misleading, seemingly designed to encourage additional Samsung smartphone purchases without fulfilling the advertised incentive. I kindly request that Samsung honor its commitment and promptly dispatch my items. Please provide an immediate update on the resolution of this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
