Samsung Promo

I bought a Samsung UHD curved television in December and was supposed to receive a R5000 Woolworths gift voucher as advertised on the company website. After corresponding with Jani through the email [Email Removed] I was told the vouchers would be sent by the latest 16 Jan 2015. Its now the 29th and the vouchers were not delivered and there is no response from the above email on further enquiry.
