Samsung products never being available

MTN has a deal with the Samsung S10+ and a Samsung Galaxy 42mm Rose Gold watch which we ordered for my wife. Samsung once again is dropping MTN brand by not meeting required deliveries. I was hoping to have these items before Christmas but thanks to Samsung this will probably not happen.

Can someone at Samsung follow up on the outstanding MTN orders please.
