Samsung products are great by stay away from the Top Loader washing machine

This is not a service complaint. This is a product complain. In November 2021 we purchased a Samsung Top Loader washing machine (WA15T5260BY/FA 15.0 kg) from Makro. It has all the right specs, bells and whistles but oh boy, at the end of the washing cycle when we remove the "clean" clothes we are disappointed, time and again. I clean the filter regularly just to find it pretty clean. It seems that the machine instead used our clothes as the filter. After washing clothes for 40 years already from laundromats and Speed Queens to Whirlpools and LG's, honestly, this is the worst machine by a mile. We love Samsung products, smartphones, laptops, dishwashers, all excellent. The top loader is the exception. For anybody out there shopping for top loaders, stay away from Samsung. Personally I would suggest LG with confidence. I intend to advertise our top loader on Junk Mail and hopefully somebody else will have better luck and we will shop for a replacement. I do not intend to return the top loader to Makro in its original box neither do I have the patience or courage to explain my problem to some poorly trained Samsung employee who might be my point of entry. Enough frustrations with having to wash our clothes a second or third time during stage 6 load shedding!
