Samsung products are defective & problematic.

I bought a Samsung S3mini Apr 2014. 7 months later the phone was problematic. I.E: heating up,freezing, random rebooting, switching off when in use & when not in use. I took my phone to the CT Smart Centre for assistance, end of Nov. I was told that my phone would be booked in for 7 to 10 working days, I needed my phone so I opted for after Xmas. I returned again in Jan where I was assisted immediately. The technician informed me that my battery was swollen & replaced it. Days later the problems persisted. I returned & then was told my SD card was not compatible & I must remove a game, which I did. Days later the problems persisted yet again. I returned for the 3rd time & then was told that my motherboard needs replacing, which was done on the Fri, my phone was still not 100%. Mon morning my phone switched off & would not switch on. I took the phone in as is. The consultant tried switching it on, no luck. I returned 2 days later because I had no feedback. The tech manager asked to keep the phone & gave me a loaner. A month later I returned & nobody had answers & the tech manager had resigned. A decision was made to replace the phone, 4 weeks later & no phone & at my cost in follow up
