Samsung Product and Product Support Concerns

My flip Z3 phone keeps on switching off automatically when flipped. No fix for this issue has been presented. When reported, we were told this phone gives this and other problems and there are no 'fixes' available yet. So what are my options as a customer, to be frustrated by this phone by the minute and daily?

We also bought a S23 , followed the video for fitting the screen protector and it's a complete failure to fit. Now we hear this is a general problem yet still for the customers account.
