Samsung problem Dishwasher DW-FN31T

I bought the Dishwasher at Makro and had trouble with it...After some repairs Samsung agreed that we get a new one from Makro that I then collected. <br> That one has been in twice for repairs, in the year we have had it (and this takes 2-3 weeks) and has just come back and is doing the same thing.<br> I am very unhappy with the continued failure of this model, and want Samsung to give me a different model as I do not want this happening again...<br> <br> Please help !!!
