Samsung Pretoria repair
Claimed my phone from the insurance. Samsung Pretoria repair never communicate with me where to send the phone thats fix when it was fixed. Then I called them and what they say is it is already been sent to me. Then I asked her to give me the waybill number then she said she will screenshot it for me and whatsapp it to me. I sent her a message on whatsapp and asked her to sent it and she rep**** ok she will do it now. Still no response from her try to phone and nothing.
