Samsung Poor Service - Negating the Warranty

I am quiet frustrated at the service I am receiving from the Pietermaritzburg Samsung customer care store in Save Hyper.
I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2 from [URL Removed] in November 2013. This device is therefore still under warranty.
The device started crashing so I took it to the Samsung Customer Care08/06/2015.
The digital takelot invoice did not have the device IMEI number required. I contacted TAKEALOT and a letter was drawn up in conjunction with SAMSUNG that will allow me to use the warranty
The Samsung Store accepted this and said that they will repair my device. According to TAKEALOT, all other SAMSUNG stores are accepting this letter and claiming through warranty.
On Tuesday (23/06/2015), I got a call from the store to say that I have to pay R2200 for repairs and if I do not want it repaired, I have to pay R550 as a handling fee.I then got an email from Jannat Omar Nkala. saying that the TAKEALOT letter should now have the IMEI number on it and my tablet has \big dent"on it"
