Samsung - poor service and no parts
Dont buy Samsung products. Rather purchase LG. 2 appliances broke in the last Year. Double door fridge freezer and eco bubble washing machine. Samsung couldnt fix one of them. Only to explain problem to the call centre, giving them the model nr including the serial nr and paying the R1090 call out fee to the technician and Only to be informed that they cant get the part!!! Ridiculous service. So dont contact the call centre, they cant fix it anyway and they dont have parts. Just rather buy a new washing machine and save the call out fee!!
