Samsung Poor service
My washing machine in now broken for over two weeks .They promised to have a technician out on Mondaythe 18th July .I called them the same morning ro follow up and was promised tgat he would be at my place .But will call when his an hour away.I left work to be at home for them but by 4m a gave them a call and now was told sorry they will now only come on the 23rd July .All my products is Samsung but today I have changed my mind and will support a local brand as this service sucks.
