Samsung poor service

<p> I purchased a new fridge from samsung and a year later, this fridge started making a noise sound like the cooling fan is making a noise. I reported the problem to samsaung service contact centre at ********** </p> <p>they gave me a reference no : ********** 150 and a service order no ********** 522. I reported this problem on the 19/12/2016 and was told a technician will contact me. Today is Thursday and nobody has contacted me. I am very disappointed with the way Samsung treat there customers. please adivce me what should i do you the only company that can help. thank you and regards Shyam(Shaun) Makan at ********** . please help.</p>
