Samsung poor quality and customer service
Samsung is now just another useless brand , I always thought Samsung was one of the best but with my current experience I Regret buying Samsung. I paid 11k for a tv and they are coming and repairing the tv after every few months. My advice to anyone is don’t buy Samsung especially TVs . I lost my trust in the brand and their customer service agents are absolutely rude.

I was called yesterday by a very rude agent and she advised me that they will continue to repair the unit however many times it breaks and my decision is I don’t want the unit it must be replaced.

I did not receive any email or calls with a conclusion. When I do I will update my review on all social media platforms as well as hellopeter. This matter still remains unresolved and I still sit with a R11 000 broken tv that’s not yet 2 years old and has previously been repaired

19 Jan 2024, 10:59I have received feedback from voc department and the decision to keep on repairing the tv whilst in warranty remains. It’s pathetic seriously I would rather buy LG or Hisense instead of this troublesome brand . I didn’t mind 1 repair but more than 1 in a matter of 3-4 months is unacceptable for such an expensive unit. I hope people see this and make a better choice when looking for TVs. Once out of warranty and this tv trouble me I will throw it in the Trash .
Well done Samsung u making money by selling customers defective stuff and repairing for 2 years then it’s not ur problem it’s our headache. Now I know why extended warranty is covered by 3rd party and not Samsung cz url know the *** url sell.
