Samsung phones no charges anymore!

So I upgraded to a new Samsung A73 5G phone today with MTN . Receiving of my phone we notice the is not charging plug to charge you new phone with only a cable with the same two ends. We notified MTN and they said it's not there problem they are only a service provider but we brought the package from MTN they knew what they are selling? MTN send us just a link to chat to Samsung in the chat Samsung said they do not provide us with charges (accessories) any more because the clients keeps the accessories of the previously contract phone( and we did pay for it). So Samsung thinks a charge will keep new for 2 years and then you have to used the same charge for your new phone as well. We are Paying a lot for these phones and only received a half package you have a phone but no charge you can buy the charger exstra so you phone will cost you more ! I will be cancelling my contract and choosing a nother product to used I thing Samsung will lose many clients now just for thinking we are stupid people and the we have to be happy with the little s****s they are giving us.
