Samsung Phones

My Wife has always used Samsung and was happy with her phones and she always recieved a charger with her phone. A week ago I upgraded my phone and decided to try a Samsung to my bitter regret. I recieved a phone and thats it, when asked where is the charger the lady at Vodacom said Samsung do not give Chargers anymore I must use the old one. When I got home I used one of my wifes old Chargers but the cable does not fit, so its back to Vodacom and buy a cable R250-00. So I decided to write to Samsung and complain, if a cable alone costs R250-00 what does the Charger cost?? Samsungs FEEBLE EXCUSE was They want to be more ECO Friendly and reduce the packaging. THIS IS THE BIGGEST LOAD OF BULL**** I HAVE EVER HEARD. THEY DO NOT WANT BE ECO FRIENDLY BUT WOULD RATHER WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. IF THEY DONOT GIVE YOU A CHARGER YOU MUST GO AND BUY ONE. EXTRA MONEY FOR THEM. I am a Pensioner and cannot afford to do this. If I get a new phone I want a charger as well it has always worked like that and still does with the other phones but not SAMSUNG BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE ECO FRIENDLY. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE USE A SAMSUNG AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SAMSUNG TO ANYBODY.
