Samsung phone not repaired

I took my phone in for repairs after the soft buttons stopped working. I then got an SMS saying that my phone got repaired. When I went to collect my phone it had not been repaired reasons being it has water damage. My phone never got any liquid on it whatsoever, I never take my phone in steamed rooms(bathroom etc.) and never put it anywhere where it would acquire any liquid damage. My phone had been fairly new at that point as I bought it June 2016 and got the soft buttons problem February 2017. So they sent an SMS saying that phone is repaired but was never repaired. Still under warranty at that time and still no fix.
