Samsung Phone Issue!

Good Day

Ref no.***

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue with the repair of my phone, which was taken to the Samsung Repair center for the 2nd time for assessment and further investigations on the 24th of April 2024!

It has now been a week since the phone was submitted, and I was assured that the process would not take more than a week. However, despite following up last week Thursday, 2nd of May, and being told by Technician Denolin that he needed just one more day to resolve the issue, there has been no progress!

Today, when I followed up, I was informed that Denolin is not at work and that nobody can provide me with an update on the status of my phone. Additionally, my temporary phone was ****** over the weekend!

Given the circumstances, I urgently require my phone today from the repair center!

I had to use my husband's phone to contact the Samsung Repair center and access my emails!

Regards,

Ash

Good Day

I am writing to address the ongoing issue with the repair of my phone, which has been to the Samsung Repair center twice for assessment and further investigations.

Upon collecting the phone from the repair center, I was informed that three technicians had examined it and were satisfied with the outcome. However, I am disappointed to report that the problem persists. Specifically, I continue to encounter the error message: "isn't optimized for the latest version of Android. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized."

Despite following all recommended processes and steps, the issue remains unresolved. This situation is both frustrating and concerning, as it significantly affects the functionality of the device.

Given the persistence of the problem, I kindly request a new replacement phone. Continuing to use the current device under these circumstances is untenable.
