Samsung Pay - It does not work

I've seen all these ads on line about how Samsung pay is now online and working.... I've loaded my cards on there. Absa and Standard Credit cards, none of them work at a pay point, it just gives a declined msg, but when I take out my card and push it against the pay point it works. I suggest you recall your product until you have confidence that it works. I have a Samsung S9Plus. This was really a disappointment the few times I've tried to use it.
