Samsung Pavillion Store FALSE advertising!!!

FALSE advertising at its best! bought a R15 000 washing machine from Samsung Pavillion and we got totally ****** by them. The machine had a R4000 voucher and when we bought the machine we was told we will have to activate the voucher at home when we receive the machine. we received the machine the next day and when we attempted to claim the voucher was told that the device doesn't qualify for the promotion. When we contacted the store we were told that the machine is not on the promotion, even though we have picture proof of the machine instore with the promotion/voucher advertised. Store manager was unwilling to rectify their mistake. I'm a big fan of Samsung but this experience left me utterly disgusted...
