samsung oven and glass stove. Always breaking.

I bought a samsung stove, but ever since I have never enjoyed it. The glass top stove only two plates are working and the oven only worked first 4 times after it didn't work. The glass stove has already been repaired 2 times and now it has been taken away. The oven recently repaired but only the light is working, no heating or whatsoever. The service of the repairer is absolutely ridiculous. I spent above R8000.00 but it is so pathetic or maybe I was given a factory fault product.
