Ntokozono Masina, was so helpful in providing me with the correct steps in order to buy a phone from the Samsung online store. His patience and his enthusiasm has really put a smile on my face. His customer service is extraordinary and he has restored my faith in good customer service. He checked up on me twice to find out if my package has arrived and has notified me when my package was getting closer to me and gave me multiple safety precautions. I appreciate his hard work.
