Samsung online store Poor service
I placed an order on the online store on the 1st of May. Online the claimed 3-5 days to delivery. I am still waiting because they dont have stock. Why are the advertising the product and excepting payment for the product that I have to wait more than 4 weeks for. If I cancel the order a refund will take 2 weeks to process. Wake up samsung , this is the era of next day deliveries !
