Samsung online store not to be trusted
I purchased S25 Ultra and its accessories on the 24th Jan 2025, and the status has been saying it to be delivered by today 07/02/25. However yesterday 6/02/25 I received the accessories but the actual phone was not there. When I checked my order it has been written order in progress since last week and it has not been updated, like the other 3 products (accessories) that I now show delivered as I got them yesterday but the phone it was not delivered and I have not received the waybill number for it to show that it's on it's way today. Samsung has not provided any feedback, I even tried their WhatsApp line this morning which the guy could not tell me where exactly is the phone currently. I am fustrated as I spent a lot of money on that phone to not receive it and worse, what will I do with the accessories without the actual cell phone?

Today it's the 10th and I am still waiting for feedback. On your website it still sas order in progress as it has been saying for the passed 3 weeks.
